"Can you hypnotise me?" is a common question we hear (usually followed by "Will you make me cluck like a chicken?").
The answer to that question is "No," not because you are unusual (though you may be), so much as because hypnosis isn't something someone does to you - it's something someone helps you do. In fact, we like to say that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. It's like saying "Can you make me fall asleep?" when all someone can really do is to help you fall asleep.
So with that thought in mind, how do you like the idea of a weekend spent learning how to hypnotise yourself? By the end of the weekend you'll have learned some fascinating facts about yourself and your abilities... and we guarantee you'll have learned how to hypnotise yourself, too!
